The Challenge
Operations teams were coordinating shipments across spreadsheets, email and two legacy tools, with no single source of truth and constant re-keying of data.

Our Approach
We modelled a unified platform with a relational core, real-time status tracking and an integration layer connecting carrier APIs and internal reporting.

The Outcome
The concept demonstrates a single operational view of every job, automated status updates and reporting that writes itself — a blueprint for a 40% admin reduction.
