The Challenge

Orders arrived by email, were typed into a scheduling tool, and customers chased updates by phone — three manual handoffs per order.

Our Approach

We mapped every handoff, then designed event-driven automations connecting inbox, scheduler and customer notifications via APIs and webhooks.

The Outcome

The concept removes all three handoffs: orders flow from email to schedule to customer update automatically, with exceptions surfaced to staff.
