A concept analytics platform demonstrating how clean data architecture enables genuinely useful forecasting.

The Challenge

Leadership were making resourcing decisions on gut feel while years of operational data sat unused in siloed systems.

We designed a data pipeline consolidating sources into a governed warehouse, with forecasting models surfaced through an executive dashboard.

The concept delivers weekly demand forecasts and anomaly alerts — evidence-based planning replacing guesswork.
